Åsa Vajlok
Chair of the Board
Born in 1969. Holds a degree in business and economics, with a background as a management consultant at Ernst & Young and Capgemini Consulting and as an entrepreneur in project and change management. Other board appointments include DevPort AB and Collaboration Art AB, as well as a previous position as Chair of Tingent AB.

Martin Zetterström
Board member
Born in 1968. Holds degrees in engineering and business and economics. His background includes McKinsey & Co, Nordstjernan, B&B Tools and a role as Chief Executive Officer of Bright Group in Sweden. Martin is currently Chief Executive Officer of major shareholder Arbona. He has worked as an owner and board member, as well as in operational roles in small and medium sized companies.

Holds 1,300 shares privately and is Chief Executive Officer of Arbona AB, which holds 2,400,000 shares.
Göran Bronner
Board member
Born in 1962. Holds a degree in economics from Stockholm University. Active in the Swedish financial market for 30 years, with positions at SEB, Tanglin AB and Swedbank. Has worked in Stockholm, London and Singapore. Since 2021, principal owner of Velit Activities AB, and Group CEO since 2023.

Staffan Påhlsson
Board member
Born in 1952. Holds an upper secondary engineering qualification in electrical power from Tycho Braheskolan. Chair of Laholms Sparbank, Spolargruppen Sverige AB and Båstad Fritidshamn Ekonomisk Förening. Board member of Elteknikbranschens utveckling i Sverige AB (ETU) and Bravida. Chief Executive Officer and owner of MOS Advisors AB and S Påhlsson Fastigheter AB, including subsidiaries.

Per Lindstrand
Born in 1984. Group CEO since 2024.
Per holds an MSc in Computer Security from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has extensive experience in the security industry and substantial expertise in strategic leadership and advanced security solutions. As the former Chief Executive Officer of Access World Technic AB, he led the company to impressive growth and international success through a focus on quality, innovation and strong customer relationships.

Liselott Byström
Born in 1981. Group CFO since 2020.
Liselott holds a master’s degree in economics from Mälardalen University, with part of her studies undertaken at Tennessee Technological University in the USA. She has extensive experience at group level in decentralised, entrepreneurial growth companies. Liselott spent 14 years at international industrial group Cavotec SA, listed on Mid Cap in Stockholm, where she played a key role in developing the finance function. Over the years, she has held several finance roles, most recently as Head of Group Business Control and Planning.

Hannes Thorén Sadek
Born in 1993. Head of Corporate Development since 2024.
Hannes holds an engineering degree from Chalmers University of Technology, with a master’s in industrial engineering and management, and a bachelor’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg. Throughout his career, he has worked exclusively with acquisitions and business development. He most recently worked in the Volati Group, where he held several roles focused on these areas at group, business segment and individual company level. In his latest position at Bokusgruppen, he was part of the management team and played a key role in the company’s listing following its separation from Volati. Earlier in his career, Hannes worked as a management consultant responsible for global clients.
