Chairman of the Board
Ole has worked as CEO at Linjebuss/Nordstjernan, Fritidsresor, Thomson Travel Europe, Adcore, Cabonline, private equity organizations and as chairman and investor in a number of private and listed companies. Ole was CEO of TCECUR 2017-2020.

Håkan Blomdahl
Board Member
Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and Master of Science in Engineering Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Chairman of the board of the major owner Arbona AB, CEO of Triega AB. Other board assignments include Norvida Holding AB, Triona AB and Katinla AB.

Martin Zetterström
Board Member
Master of Science in Engineering and Master of Business Administration. Background from, among others, McKinsey & Co, Nordstjernan, B&B Tools and as CEO of Bright Group in Sweden. Martin is today CEO of the major owner Arbona. Has worked as an owner and board member, as well as in operational positions in small and midsized companies.

Jonas Arvidsson
Board Member
Master of Science in Engineering and a PhD in Machine Elements from Lund University (LTH). Jonas has extensive experience as a CEO and is currently the CEO/Group President of One-Nordic. Over the years, he has held various board positions for organizations such as Lantmännen, IFK Kristianstad, BTJ System, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden, and Malmö University.

Per Lindstrand
Born 1984. Group CEO and President since 2024.
Per holds a Master of Science in Information Security from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He has extensive experience in the security industry and possesses strong expertise in strategic leadership and advanced security solutions. As former CEO of Access World Technic AB, he led the company to impressive growth and international success through a focus on quality, innovation, and strong customer relationships.

Liselott Byström
Born 1981. Group CFO since 2020.
Liselott holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Mälardalen University, with part of her studies completed at Tennessee Technological University in the USA. She has extensive experience working at the group level in decentralized, entrepreneur-driven growth companies. Liselott spent 14 years with the international industrial group Cavotec SA, listed on the Mid Cap in Stockholm, where she played a key role in developing the finance function. Over the years, she has held several finance-related positions, most recently as Head of Group Business Control and Planning.

Hannes Thorén Sadek
Born 1993. Head of Corporate Development since 2024.
Hannes holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Throughout his career, he has worked exclusively with mergers & acquisitions and business development. Most recently, he was part of the Volati Group, where he held several roles focusing on these areas at group, segment, and company level. In his latest position at Bokusgruppen, he was part of the executive management team and played a key role in the company’s IPO from Volati. Earlier in his career, Hannes worked as a management consultant, responsible for global clients.

Rebecca Åkerlund
Born 1997. Head of People and Culture since 2024.
Rebecca Åkerlund has served as Head of People & Culture at TCECUR since October 2024. With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, Rebecca brings a solid background in leadership, organizational development, and corporate culture. She has held key positions at leading security companies and international tech firms with global presence, working with office security, event security, and implementation of security systems. At Access World Technic AB, Rebecca held senior roles in business development, quality assurance, and corporate culture, with a focus on team development and strengthening internal processes.
